ORDERS PLACED BY 3PM CST WILL BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY & SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY THE NEXT DAY 
Braid Universe is a small business & we work hard to minimize long processing/shipping times. We appreciate your support & patience. If you place your order Monday - Friday before 3pm it will be packaged & processed the SAME DAY. The order will be shipped the NEXT DAY.  Orders Placed after 3PM CST and/or on Saturday will ship from our store the following business day. (Monday) 

Your delivery time will vary on the shipping speed you select. 

   

Business Day Orders Before 3pm 

Example: When an order is placed Monday before 3:00 PM CST, we will package/process your order on Monday (SAME BUSINESS DAY) and will ship it out Tuesday (NEXT BUSINESS DAY) 
 

Business day Orders After 3pm 

Example: When an order is placed Monday after 3:00 PM we will package/process your order Tuesday (SAME BUSINESS DAY) and ship the order Wednesday (NEST BUSINESS) 
 

Weekend Orders 

If you place an order before 3PM CST on Saturday it is possible for items to be packaged/processed the same day (not guaranteed). If you order after 3PM CST on Saturday we will package/process & ship the order Monday. (SAME BUSINESS DAY)  

 

SPECIAL/HOLIDAY SALES SHIPPING POLICY:  

During sales, promotions & holidays processing times can take 2-5 business days. Please note that processing is the timeframe before item is sent for shipping. 

 

Additional Shipping Information 

Braid Universe ships most orders via U. S. Priority Mail = 2-3 Business day service. We offer package tracking & delivery confirmation at no additional change.  

After your order is processed & shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Included will be a tracking number for updates on delivery. There may be a delay in the information updating on the USPS website.  

Lost/ Stolen Policy: 

Braid Universe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been released to the shipping carrier. We provide free tracking on all orders processed. Please contact us for assistance.  

 Shipping Delays:
