Exchanges

​Exchanges will be accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened and unaltered and still in its original packaging. No exchanges on chemical/styling products. 

​Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will offer a refund if there is a manufacturer defect. No chemicals can be refunded.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Processing time varies by your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages due to mishandling by USPS/DHL/FEDEX carriers.
